Iza 3D Prodcut Designer

Hi everyone! I’ve been working on Iza 3D Product Designer, a product customization tool built with Three.js.

It combines a 2D editor with an interactive 3D view. Users can add text, images, artwork, and shapes, then see their changes applied to the model in real time. Designs stay synchronized between both views.

Some of its features:

  • Multiple editable model parts, each with its own camera position.
  • Color controls and adjustable material presets, including fabric, leather, metal, and glass.
  • On-model controls for moving, rotating, and scaling artwork.
  • Layers, saved designs, undo/redo, and configurable printing areas.
  • Optional cloth movement that responds to model rotation.
  • 2D and 3D previews, printing, and export options.

There’s also a product creation tool that takes a GLB model and generates the initial configuration and SVG silhouettes from its UV layout.

I’ve been testing it with shirts, caps, bags, shoes, mugs, and phone cases. I’d love to hear your feedback, especially on the editing experience, rendering quality, and performance.

Generally very neat, editing works well, feels pro. It’s cool how text or artwork added maps well onto the product. Sometimes loading a new model (e.g. loading the shoe) did take a bit long, like 20 seconds. But once loaded it works well.

From a marketing perspective, I think the exterior UI frame (meaning these areas Screenshot by Lightshot ) could be made to look more modern. They feel a bit ā€˜old’ to me, in a way that I think it doesn’t do justice to the product. My suggestions would be:

  • Larger default frame size
  • Instead of that red, a dark gray->black, or even a modern gradient
  • Smaller icons, thinner text
  • More rounded borders (e.g. around the icons) instead of square borders

I think the editor itself is already very good and I’d focus more on its presentation.

Very impressive work! It is nice to see how well the artwork maps onto the 3D model.

I agree with Stefan that the main section when it can be improved is presentation. The UI needs and update. I suggest a dark/neutral interface with more spacing + modern controls.

But overall, congrats!

Thank you guys, I will see what I can do but for not the UI will remain the same, and leave it open to add one or more skins if it will have some sales if not I need to move on, next project I want to build my own Slider Revolution https://www.sliderrevolution.com/, I looked into the team of SL and they have about 50 team members… I will do it alone  see how it gose  probably I will work on it at least six months but I want to do that now with AI is possible, they have zero competion at this point, is time for that to change, this guys come from my generation in the past I was on the same level as them but I got lyme dissease and my life changed, could not reach my potention they did thogh… so we will see how it goes but I think it will be GOOD, mnost likely I will do it better than them

Did you noticed that now with AI the main priority is to ship prodcuts, I don’t really like it but is the new reality…
