OpenAI's Astra is about to drop

So we are roughly a trillion dollars in this and AI is still for the most part still a baby… is it really worth bankrupting the world to maximize these tech giants stock value… or is it time to say this is enough? We are fighting for smaller and smaller margins of improvement.

Cool, but why the negative spin?

Clearly the market wants it, seems like there’s almost no limit to that. Like you always want a smarter answer, especially to important questions.

It’s gonna take a lot of jobs from people unfortunately. I don’t know where that leads us, but it is what it is.

It seems that I also have my ups and downs.

We will see what the future will bring…

I believe this will birng a better future that we would have had without it, I am waiting for the day when I can have my own model that runs on my computer or some hardware and I can train it as I want and not have it exposed to the world… it is possible now but they are bad comapred to the latest models out there…

By now we all shuld know that it increases your skill by 10X it is not replacing your skils and I belive this applies in all professions… I don’t think this will ever change… I mean how can a car mechanic use AI as an accountent… is impossible, I mean he could use it but it willbe like walking in the dark…

As for the AI probaganda I don’t buy it anymore, I don’t see any difference when using for example gpt 5.5 or gpt 5.6 SOL, they need this headlines so that hey can get more and more money, this is defenitely a buble AI is cool but is not worth that much money… there is not exponential groth at this point and that is obvious!
