We are excited to introduce a major update that improves how sellers can communicate with their customers on WPBay.
From the beginning, we made a promise to build WPBay differently from traditional marketplaces and we continue working hard to stay true to what we promised.
To be clear: on WPBay, sellers have direct ownership of their customer relationships. We believe creators should have the freedom to build, grow and communicate with their audience without unnecessary restrictions.
You can now explore the new feature directly from your seller dashboard under the ‘Email Campaigns’ menu.
If customers already purchased your products, you can create email campaigns directly from WPBay and send announcements, product updates, changelogs, launch notifications, discounts, tutorials, newsletters or important security notices to your buyers.
Campaigns can target either all your customers or customers of specific products only, giving you much more flexibility in how you communicate with your audience.
To keep the system healthy and useful for everyone, campaigns are manually reviewed before sending. This helps us prevent spam, abuse and unrelated promotions.
Customers can also unsubscribe from future emails from a seller at any time with a single click.
